We’re looking for a driven Sales Advisor to join our sales team in downtown Helsinki. In this role, you’ll help customers find the right kitchen and storage solutions — turning great conversations into successful sales and making high-quality design more accessible. A.S.Helsingö is an international design brand inspired by the idea of homes with character, capturing that perfect Sunday feeling. Our collection of kitchens and storage units with Ikea cabinet frames, designed by leading Scandinavian designers and crafted locally by carpenters, is exclusively available through our online store. As we continue to expand rapidly, our products have already reached customers in over 20 countries, all through our dedicated online platform.
The role and responsibilities
- Assist our Planning service customers in Finland and internationally via online channels (email and video) in selecting the ideal kitchen model, colour and accessories from our collection.
- Fill customer shopping carts with the desired fronts, handles, taps, sinks, and worktops based on their IKEA kitchen plans. Create installation plans for customers.
- Offer expert support on all aspects related to the concept and purchase of A.S.Helsingö products.
- Process orders and manage sales support, along with other administrative tasks.
- Work closely with the team to continuously improve our services and processes.
